| Have you got any ? over the counter products with highest retinol We all have a part to play in solving the gender pay gap: employers, politicians, women, men, children - everyone. This week I focussed a lot on the part women particularly can play: we aren't always victims and sometimes, just asking for a pay rise and putting ourselves forward (many of their male colleagues wouldn't think twice about it) is part of the solution. But it's also about education: informing the next generation that paying women less for doing the same job as men is simply wrong and backwards.
